HI, I AM SANDI

YOUR STORY STARTS HERE

I'm a hopeless creative with a deep love for storytelling through photography. My journey began in 2009 when my oldest son was born. What started as a part-time passion while I was teaching quickly grew into something more. By 2016, when my middle son was almost one, I made the decision to leave teaching and focus on photography full time.

In 2019, our world shifted when my youngest son was born with a rare genetic condition called Wolf-Hirschhorn Syndrome. I stepped away from my business so I could focus on caring for my medically fragile son while also homeschooling my two older boys. But creativity has a way of calling you back. As my youngest grew stronger—despite doctors once telling us he likely wouldn’t live past the age of two (he’s almost seven now!)—I slowly began welcoming clients again, this time with a completely different perspective.

Today, my work centers on what truly matters: the little moments, the real connections, and the love within a family. I’m not about stiff poses or forced smiles. Instead, I want to capture your story as it naturally unfolds—whether we’re playing in the sunshine or dancing in the rain. I love working with children of all abilities and always take the time to listen and create an experience that works best for your family.

My Philosophy

Photography is Poetry

Photography is so much more than sit, pose, cheese. It's about stopping time and remembering it just like it is in that moment. The way your child laughs, the way their nose wrinkles, the way the sun plays in their hair when you twirl them around. The way they fit right into your arms that day, but they will inevitably grow, as time is a thief.
